Extremely clean car! I was given a new model wagoneer with just under 10k miles. Clean and sanitized. Will say it’s been the quickest and easiest Avis experience I’ve had by far. 110% recommend.
Absolutely disgusting service. This is by far the most incompetent rental company I have ever encountered. We booked a car a day before our vacation, showed up on time, and the location was closed despite the posted hours clearly saying it was open. Customer service then sent us to another location—also closed. After multiple calls, we were casually told that our reservation had been canceled with ZERO notification. How irresponsible and unprofessional can a company be? They wasted hours of our time, completely ruined our plans, and caused unnecessary stress while we had a baby in the car. No accountability, no apology, no common sense. This company is a joke. If negative stars were possible, they’d deserve every single one.
ADDITIONAL EDIT: So on top of all this crap, now Avis sent me a letter claiming we caused damage to their tire and is charging me an additional $76.01. Time to get my attorney involved! EDIT TO ADD: Customer service requested I email them with more details and after I did this they ghosted me. Another reason to NOT rent from AVIS!!! This place is awful! First car was filthy so my husband cleaned it only to find the oil light came on after we drove it home so we returned it for another car, which was also filthy and had to be cleaned and then returned due to a nail in one of the tires. Third car we had to drive up to Jacksonville Airport to pick up because the Avis was closed and the 24/7 Emergency Line said they couldn't do anything because there was no spare in the vehicle. Jimmy went above and beyond to make sure I got the perfect vehicle for my trip. He was patient, answered all my questions, and made sure the car was ready right on time. The car was extremely clean, and the whole team was very helpful. Highly recommend!
Very professional, friendly and helpful. Always has the cars i need, clean and ready for me to go. Great place to rent from. I give them six STARS.
