Just so everyone knows there is a very easy after hours drop off in front of the Avis location with 3 spots and a key lock drop box. This is very handy.
I rented a car at Avis, Sac Airport. While in Tahoe a tire got a nail in the sidewall, which means tire replacement! I went to Avis in The Nugget. Monique treated me like gold!!! I told her what happened, and Monique had me in a new car and back on the road in about 12 minutes! She is so friendly, caring and hard-working! A doll of a gal. Thank you, Monique! Unique Monique🌷🩵
5/22/2025 Visiting Tahoe from Texas ( getting a break from the HEAT ) Nicole rented us a car. Nicole also rented us a car last May 2024. Nicole is consistently efficient and friendly. Nothing beats seeing the same person year after year. We always do a walk around before and after renting. She's very thorough. Keep up the great work !!
Wow. Get a flat tire after 50 miles and they say gfys. Real nice. Real nice.
Worst car return experience. No way to find the Avis counter at the casino and called Avis multiple times to talk with different people and no one could give any details. Very frustrating.
