Avis Car Rental

Walked in on Sunday 02/15 about 10 minutes after opening. There was two ladies at the desk, one on the phone I'm assuming speaking to a guest and the other helping a customer. The woman on the phone finished her phone call then proceeded to greet me and ask if I had a reservation and I told her no but I am looking to rent a vehicle. Her response was "we just opened, you will have to CALL us at 12" .. her coworker told her to "calm down, its just a car" the worker who was "helping" me then asked me for my phone number.. instead of me giving her my phone number, I told her not to worry about it and went to Enterprise down the street. I had a very positive experience with this car rental service. The vehicle was clean, well-maintained, and ready on time. Staff were courteous, efficient, and professional throughout the process. Overall, a smooth and reliable service that I would be happy to use again.

Booked a car online and paid in full. They call me a little while later saying they don't have the car and I need to figure it out myself. Absolutely no customer service help in any way. No help to organise another vehicle or assist me in transferring a vehicle to the location I had already booked and paid for.

Rented at this facility for the first time. J and B (short names) were awesome. Excellent customer service!! And they took care of me with a great car. I truly recommend this location as I will be back for my business rentals.

We were in a bad accident and went to renew our rental car - a giant Ford Expedition that was making us feel safe after the accident. We had more days left on our contract but wanted to renew for a full week. The office didn't have power after the tornadoes that came through, told us our credit cards were denied because of funds (not true) and refused to give us the Expedition back because of this. They gave us a different/smaller car that was covered by insurance. We didn't want that car - we came to renew the expedition. She wouldn't take another credit card, she wouldn't honor our original agreement, and she was really rude. Where is the kindness and empathy?!!?!? Not here!
