Avis Car Rental

I have rented from them thrice now and will do it till November. They provide the best rate in the market for monthly rental. Matt served me all the time. He is so helpful towards every customer and always greets everyone with a smile. He even upgrade to a SUV on my 3rd rental. This place is highly recommended for rentals.

We had a slight issue with a rental from a different Avis, one phone call to Matt at the Springfield location and we new we were in good hands. He was able to exchange our car with ease, not to mention his kindness and charm. We felt very valued as customers. Give Matt a raise!!!

Five stars isn’t enough for the incredible service we received from Matt and Anastasia at Avis West Springfield. From the moment we arrived, they went above and beyond, holding a car for us, making sure we were completely comfortable, and patiently addressing every single one of our (admittedly picky) requests with care and professionalism. Their attention to detail, communication, and overall kindness made this rental experience smoother than any we’ve had. This team sets the gold standard for customer service. If you’re renting in Western Mass, this is the place to go. No questions asked.

This is a small location but the employees were very pleasant, and the pickup/dropoff processes were both pretty quick. The parking was a little tight the day we got there, but we were still able to get in and out. The only recommendation I have is it would be good if they put up entrance and exit signs for the parking lot to keep confusion down.

The team at this rental center, led by Matt are truly the definition of what great customer service is all about. Considerate, kind, empathetic and all have your best interest at the forefront of what they do each day.
