Avis Car Rental

5/5 would recommend! Having just moved to the US and all the challenges that come with a transatlantic move, for various reasons we needed to keep the rental for (much) longer than we anticipated. Dominick helped us out each time we had to come renew, very friendly, very helpful, a really positive experience. If we ever need a here rental again we're definitely coming here first. Many thanks!

I had the best rental car experience at the Avis in Westfield! Dominick was very friendly and took the time to show me how all the features on my rental worked. I was also impressed by how clean the car was — it looked like I was the first person who ever drove it! I absolutely would recommend this location and will be back.

The pick up for this rental went smoothly. The manager was friendly and helpful. I called a few times before picking up the car to confirm the reservation and make changes. This agency was polite and did not rush through the call. When we arrived to pickup the car, the car was ready and clean. The return took a little longer, there was someone covering for the manager. Although I was the only person physically at the location, I was told I would need to wait until the four other cars before me were processed. I was assured my receipt would be emailed if I didn’t wait. I decided to wait for the final receipt. Another customers came in about 15 minutes after my drop off. The customer was a long standing customer and commented on how good Dominic and his sister are. I must agree both Dominic

The team was a pleasure to work with and the car was in excellent condition. Loved how easy the after-hours drop-off was. Will definitely rent here again.

The absolute best car rental service and I have used many for both business and personal travel. Dom and Cindy go out of their way to have the vehicles ready, CLEANED (Dom was fanatical about cleaning my rental of all visible pollen, disinfecting the interior, etc), and safe for use ahead of pickup. The check in and out process is extremely efficient, demonstrating their understanding that their customers have someplace to be. Highly recommend above all others! Looking forward to my future rentals!
