Had a car accident took car over looking to get an estimate . Called daily for more than a week no returned calls . 8 days I decided enough . They charged 8 days of storage and other costs fraudulently. If you can’t give someone an estimate don’t lie to people . The owner knew he would get money from insurance which raises deductibles. I will be working with the state to get rules in place so shops like this can’t abuse the system . As a business you should be looking for clients not your own pockets . I would highly suggest to not go to this place as they are scam artists !!! If Westfield collusion was an honest and legit business they would have not charged daily storage .

Joe, and all the people at Westfield Collision are very professional and accommodating! They did a great job with all of the repairs. They even washed and vacuumed my car. I submitted a claim through my insurance, and they handled everything smoothly. I didn't have to deal with the car insurance company. They also have a relationship with Enterprise Rent a Car, such that Enterprise will take you to and fro on each end of the process, so you don't need another person to help you out. Would highly recommend!
