Avis Car Rental

I rent a car from this location five days a week, every week, and the experience has always been outstanding. The manager consistently greets me with respect and professionalism and is extremely knowledgeable. Any question I’ve ever had has been answered with care, and it’s clear he truly values his customers. The cars are always newer vehicles, reliable, and I’ve never had a single issue with any of them. They’re always clean inside and topped off with gas, which makes the process quick and easy. They don’t have a car wash on site, so sometimes the outside might be a little dirty, but that’s never been something that bothered me. Overall, the service here is excellent and very consistent. I really appreciate the way this location is run and would highly recommend it.

They closed the office before the standard office hour. Their policy is if you drop the key and leave the car when the office is closed, you are responsible for any damage to the car until the office opens the following day. How stupid! And the customer service rep hung up on me because I questioned the policy. I'll think twice before doing business with Avis/Budget.

Great service, friendly staff, and super convenient location. Only trouble is sometimes they are short on cars - hope they continue to get more inventory here.

Very easy drop off. Also the website is not clear but there is a key drop if you need to drop your car when the storefront is closed
