Brought my 4R in for standard 30k service, off-road service, and extra tpms for my spare. Service advisor Corey was awesome - very professional and easy to work with. Scheduled quickly and estimate (cost & time) was right in line with actuals. No shady recommendations or ‘nice to haves’ dressed up in spooky language here (e.g. I replaced the cabin air filter last month, and expected them to say I needed a new one for easy upsell, but they didn’t because mechanic actually looked and saw that it was new). Rare to find a dealership service department that measures up to the specialty off-road mechanics that I’ve worked with in past, but this one absolutely does. Thanks guys!

It’s awful that they will charge 4-5 times of any repair compared to local good auto mechanics…obviously local guy will do the same job satisfactorily. For instance, just doing diagnostic check they charge around $200-280 whereas local expert can do same in $20…..Everything outrageous costs!!!!

I am extremely disappointed with the unprofessional service I received. My car was brought in for a scheduled, routine service (quoted ~1.5 hours) and went unattended for over 2 hours. When I inquired about when I should expect my vehicle to be ready, the staff said the car hadn’t been worked on yet and then went on to say that I was to blame for the delay. There was no apology for the oversight, but rather a continued attempt to blame me for the miscommunication by making false claims as to how the check-in procedure went. Furthermore, they didn’t even offer to complete my scheduled service quickly to make up for the time lost—I would have had to wait in whatever queue of cars had accumulated in the two hours I was waiting for my scheduled service. Rip off. Be prepared to be swindled for basic car services. $75 for an air filter, which is 4 screws, or another $100 for a cabin filter that was actually not dirty. I told them not to replace it, and did it at home. Turns out it wasn’t dirty. I think they keep a dirty one in the back and bring it out to show anyone. The nonsense continued where they couldn’t fix the valet mode. To add final insult to injury they failed to replace my locking lug nut and said it wasn’t their fault. In the 28 years I’ve owned a car I’ve never lost one until this place. All that remained was an empty plastic bag. Go support a local business instead of this den of thieves. Shame on you.
