The absolute worst customer service I have ever received in my entire life with any company. The lady who appeared to be higher management and her name started with a C was the worst person I’ve encountered in a long time. I walked in this location with a reservation that I made through my Avis preferred plus Account to pick up a car on New Year’s Eve to travel with my wife out of town. While checking in, I first simply inquired about the possibility of the free upgrade that comes along with me booking with my AMEX business platinum card. As soon as I inquired about it, the female manager shut me down immediately saying we don’t do upgrades or we don’t have any upgrades or something to that nature. 2nd week.picking up a rental. Firs week Monday at 11 am. The counter girl was extremely rude. Demanded pick up or drop off. I said pickup. Ahe got this disgusted look called me to the counter then told me to sit down. Then after 10 minutes told me they didnt have and sedans they only had minivans because the airport took precedent. I told her I wouldnt take a minivan. Guess what she had a equinox. Car was fine. Dropped it off on Friday. Same girl same rudeness. Now its Sunday noon. Picking up again. Same girl Same rudeness. Walked up to the counter and she just stared at me. I said picking up. She snobbery said we'll I dont have anything ready. You just need to sit "im the only one here ". This Avis location is one of the worst-run operations I have ever experienced. Vehicles are almost never ready at the reserved time, which completely defeats the purpose of making a reservation. On my most recent visit, two customers had already been waiting over four hours for a minivan, and despite having a confirmed reservation for the same vehicle type, I too was left without a car. After waiting for three hours, I was told there were no vehicles available at all. During that time, countless other customers with confirmed reservations were turned away with the same response: “We have no cars, just leave.” The employees made no effort to proactively contact customers to warn them, even though I personally witnessed them standing around for more than 30 minutes when they could have been

Absolutely terrible customer service. Completely unacceptable! I rented a car on 12/31/25 for a 4:00 PM pickup. The manager on duty, a woman with dreadlocks, greeted me by saying, "you are coming in right at closing!" while simultaneously arguing with another customer. This is not how a professional should treat paying customers. I am shocked that Avis allows this behavior. I expect corporate to hold employees accountable for this kind of conduct.

Danielle and Landon saved our lives! Car conked out for no reason and Avis was the only place open on a Sunday. Danielle and Landon stayed past closing to help my wife and I and made sure we got a great car and a great deal. Definitely recommend; ask for Danielle and Landon!
