We had a great experience at Avis car sales in Alco We had some unexpected changes with our current car and thought it would be best to either trade it in or look to add a whole other vehicles to our family. We had shopped around earlier in the day at some other dealers near by and just weren’t greeted very nicely were even feeling some push back. But we stopped at the last place we were going to for the day which was Avis, Griffin immediately greeted us at the door with a smile and asked what he could do for us. Griffin is FANTASTIC!!! We just drove off the lot with our new baby, a 2025 4runner with less than 14,000 miles and an outstanding deal. Griffin gave us more information than we could have asked for. He is attentive, super friendly, and treats you like family. His managers, Steven and Styles also helped us through out the process and did an exceptional job. We had gone to around 5 other dealers this week and all of them made us feel either uncomfortable, pushed, or like we were not taken seriously. From start to finish, we felt comfortable, heard, AND most importantly, they wanted what was best for us and our financial situation. No pressure, no games, and no unnecessary back-and-forth—very different from the typical car-buying experience. Ben was professional, transparent, and respectful of our time, which we truly appreciated. Everything was clearly explained, and we felt confident every step of the way. Cars are good, don't expect a lot of detailed answers about very specifics of the car, maintenance etc. Salesperson Ben was good and honest. Definitely ask about Title because this dealership takes a way longer time to get the Title out of the door to DMV compared to other dealerships of similar size! Don't get surprised if you hear inconsistent stuffs about your Title from GM - Steven, Sales Manager - Styles or Title Clerk. During Sales process they will never mention Dealership don't have the Title and the attitude of the Title Clerk post sale is remarkable to note. Sales Manager lacks knowledge of End-to-End workflow of Title work which I had to brief him over call (oh btw they will record the call with you without your permission or being told); GM is all hands down defending his staff
