Wow! Amazing people, service, and good products. They really know how to take care of people at this location. Last year, I bought a complete set of Cooper tires for my Yukon (with the free alignment, thank you very much!) and a pair of tires for another car. Also, brought in a tire yesterday that needed patching due to a screw that puntured through the tread. Wasn't leaking air yet, but obviously needed patching. They took care of it right away with a smile and didn't charge me a cent. This was one day after my daughter brought that same tire to another of their locations (Chapman Triangle Way, Knoxville). The folks there first told her it would be at least $40 to patch it, then told her they couldn't patch it because the puncture was in the "side" of the tire. The puncture was in the tre

I ended up coming here on accident. One of my tires had an issue on the way into town. They had my tires in stock and were able to get two tires replaced in less than 2 hours. Which was reasonable. I spent about $350, for the service and tires. Which I was later told was actually a decent deal (I know nothing about that lol). The staff were all very kind! They ended up forgetting to add my lug nut covers, but I went back the following day after work and they got it sorted it. Very apologetic! If you need tires this would be a good place to go. As a female I didn’t feel taken advantage of, they clearly and kindly explained everything they were doing, and were fast! I highly recommend tire discounters over any other tire shop. The customer service you receive throughout the life of your tires is amazing! Even if you find tires a bit cheaper else where you can't beat the free alignment and oil change you get at Tire Discounters. Greg the store manager and Mike the service manager went above and beyond with their customer service. The mechanics there are amazing as well. Thank you guys

I've been here twice now - both times being pretty urgent - and they've been nothing but amazing! The first time was after a loooonnggg road trip which resulted in one of my tires showing CORDS! The dealership wanted to charge me an outrageous amount, so I looked around a bit. This business not only had my itty bitty tires in stock, they changed them quickly, and at a great price. The second time was today, after having run over something yesterday that punctured my tire on Alcoa Highway. We swapped the donut on and made a plan to come here ASAP. They were so quick and didn't charge a penny - it made my day! Thank you sincerely for your hard work and generosity!

On a road trip with wife and friends headed to the cabin and lo and behold I start loosing air in my front tire. Made it three mile to Tire Discounters and the crew there went above and beyond to get me back up and going. I can’t say enough about Daniel and his crew. Excellent service, extremely knowledgeable, professional, and very accommodating. Me, my wife and friends were back up and rolling in no time. Daniel and his crew definitely saved the trip. I highly recommend anyone needing tires and any service under their scope of work to visit, you won’t be disappointed.
