Avis/budget boston

I was very disappointed with my recent experience. I had to wait in line for almost 2 hours because Avis, Budget, and Payless were all sharing the same counter. Despite the long line, there were only three employees serving customers for all three brands, which made the wait extremely frustrating. After a long flight, standing in line for this long is unacceptable. The company really needs to improve staffing and organization at the rental counter.

Bobby was a great help great attitude and customer service. Thank you so much. Definitely I will come back.

2 hours auf queuing, never ever Avis again!!! Waiting in line took longer than the flight from Detroit to Boston.

Had to wait unnecessarily in a queue when I missed a sign for members pick up. Annoying but the service we received was first class.
