Welp, that's it. I'm in love. What an incredible spot to get new tires and great service. I had an odd issue come up during payment, and the manager was absolutely amazing in assisting me with a phone call to the issuer. He kept me cool and calm when all I wanted to do was die inside. Great people. Great service. Highly, HIGHLY recommended to anyone and everyone.
I bought tires from here and they were NO good! The tires were more than 3 yrs old, which had been sitting, and they were warped and uneven. I told the guys at the shop about the tires, the ride was very shaky, unbalanced, and my car constantly vibrated over 60 mph. I took the car back, they added weights to the wheel, which wasn't needed. I ended up taking the car somewhere else, they told me the car didn't need the extra weights, I was given a full set of BAD tires! I replaced my tires elsewhere, and my car now drives smooth again. The guys tried to accommodate, but never mentioned the tires were old, never offered to switch out the tires. I ended up paying double In the end due to the poor tires I received from AVN Tires. Always trusted AVN with over 3 cars now, always takes the job & quick turnover. Any alignment or tire wheel work these are the guys!
Very helpful and honest people. I brought my car here couple of times for tire related work. If they cannot do it, they will promptly forward you to the correct person. And if there is no major work and walk they will honestly let you know that there was nothing wrong and will not charge you for that. Strongly recommend these folks...
Went there with nail on my rear tire, didn’t said anything all of the sudden one of owner said you need brand new tires and I no I don’t need tires I have a nail on my tire can you help with that he said no can’t help it, feels like wants to scam me and so rude. I just bought my car it’s less than year. So I went to other store A1 wheel customs they just accept right away and repair my tire less than half hour
