Fix Auto Alameda

Came here for repairs after my new SUV got sideswiped. This shop was great about communicating timelines and stuck to them. Staff was friendly and helpful. Most importantly my car looked as good as new after they were finished with it. I hope I don't need their service again, but would not hesitate to use them if I did.

About a month or two ago I was in a collision and then had to get some work done in my car. they did to work for me. It was awesome. Yesterday I noticed some trim was coming off on my door and I happen to be driving by so I stopped in to ask for some advice on how to fix it. They explained to me that double-sided tape had just gone bad and has all I need to fix it then he proceeded to go back get the tape fix my trim no cost. This to me is going 100% above and beyond what I expected it was awesome. Like everybody, I hope not to need any body damage work done in the future but if I do, I know exactly where I'm gonna go

After having my car stolen, I was considering buying a new car but the price made me think twice . I felt violated and my heart sank when I saw my car in San Leandro tow yard. I had it towed to fix auto in alameda which worked with my insurance to repair the damages. I got my car back and did not have to pay a cent or discuss anything. It looked just like before but with no gas in it. It was full when it disappeared, they must have had a good time with it. I would recommend highly fix auto for anybody having issues like mine.
