This was the easiest auto buying experience I've ever had. Rod was super! I inquired about a 2018 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited JK Sahara late one evening. Rod emailed back first thing the next morning with the info I requested. Answered the phone the first time I called him a couple of hours later for a follow up. We had a deal by lunch. I live 8 hours away and decided shipping it would be my better option. Shipping price with the company he suggested was more than fair and Rod handled it all from his end. My Wrangler arrived the following week within the 1 hour expected delivery time provided the day before by the driver. Wow. I'm a first time purchaser of this dealership and located in another state. I viewed the car on line only, then spoke with Robert Hale who did a great job of answering my questions and concerns. I wired money and the next day they had a team of drivers bring the car to me. This experience was beyond my expectation. I would recommend to anyone like myself that is not local to feel confident.
