Car broke down during a road trip. B&J Auto was able to see us without an appointment, and diagnosed the issue within minutes. The new part was then ordered and installed within an hour. We received honest, timely, affordable and quality service from B&J and would recommend them to all!

I bought a 2019 Jeep from CarMax and got the MaxCare warranty. Jeep staring leaking water/coolant so I called CarMax and they said to bring it to Nicholas at B2J auto in Daytona. So glad I did. Dropped it off on a Saturday morning. They diagnosed the problem immediately (water pump) and send it all the info to get the claim approved by MaxCare. Within 1 hour Nicholas was calling me that repair was approved and vehicle would be ready within a few days. Well, within a few days it was completed. Would highly recommend B2J and Nicholas for anyone with or without a CarMax warranty. Fast service! Great communication throughout! Nicholas did what he said he was going to do when he was going to do it. You simply cannot find that anywhere these days. 5 STAR SERVICE!!!!!!

My husband and I were on vacation when our Ac compressor went out causing my car to make a horrible noise and smell like burning rubber. I called Nick at 6:30 on Saturday evening they picked my car up with a roll bed on Sunday Morning and fixed the issue and delivered my car back to me same day!! Excellent customer service!
