Must be family or friends writing reviews for this place. I called and they scheduled me out 8 days from the day I called. Once I arrived Bob the owner forgot he told me to bring in vehicle…..super crowded parking lot, no where to park, go inside 2 people answering phones and 1 guy working on a cars. I left my car 3 weeks they never called me during the process. I would call many times and leave messages no one would call me back until they were ready to collect and told me my car was finished. They took out diagnosed, rewired my fuel pump through the access doors beneath my back passenger seats of my R-500….the mechanic just placed my covers back on with no sealant and placed a piece of duct tape of each access door…which they charged me $145 to do so. My BMW 550i needed a new engine and B & A bent over backwards helping me, working with the extended warranty company to get everything covered. They were super friendly every single time I called, every single employee was helpful! My car was towed there and recommended both by AAA AND by the wrecker driver. Everyone was friendly. Only Mercedes repair shop in the area. Had vehicle in and out in a week. Had my radiator done and it takes some time to order parts.

Bob did a GREAT job with my 328i BMW. He is honest and does quality work. A friend referred me and I was not hassled, or lied to like some of his competitors.
