The owner was very friendly, we met him at outside of his business and he certainly delivered on what he said he could do. It's good to have a pleasant experience at the auto repair place for once!

They perform awesome work, The technician they have There is first class. Has more swagger than mick jagger. The Owner is very easy to deal with. Recommend it to your wife,sister, and your auntie. A+++

I did not have any repairs done at this business however I was in desperate need of a disassemble and estimate of damages for insurance. Every shop in town had a 3 month waiting period to take a bumper off and take a couple pics to get an accurate estimate of a rear ended collision. I called BA’s and spoke with Tony, he said bring it in, I’m open 8-5! He was able to get the bumper off and the insurance company all the pics they needed as well as a estimate within a couple days of dropping it off. Very polite staff and Tony was very helpful although he was stretched thin, he executed the assignment in a much more timely manner than I could have imaged at that point based on the appointment dates with other shops!

Terrible place and owner. This guy bullies customers when they are a low point in life, right after an accident. He (Anthony) is currently holding my son’s car hostage demanding $325 when he told my father $170. He slipped in storage fees since Sat but will waive them “if he fixes the car.” Tje police were told to send the car to another body shop but the tow truck is BA’s. Guess where it went? This shop has been shady for decades and it’s just getting worse. They don’t even do quality bodywork, that’s why I asked for my car NOT to be taken to them in the first place!

Tony is the best in the business. We run a business and repairs must be quickly completed and done to exact standards. B A (Tony Hamilton) does what they promise and at quality above and beyond expectations! Thank you J Hamilton Express, Inc.
