B & B Auto Repair

Man…I cannot be more appreciative of the service this business provided. My 2014 Honda Pilot’s alternator went out on the way back to Tallahassee around 2pm. It took the AAA provider 2.5 hours to arrive. During that time I called around for a hotel and a mechanic and was eventually led to B&B Auto. After striving near closing time they diagnosed the issue, I completed some paper work, and they took me to my motel. They were booked up for the week, but said since I was stranded they would try to give it some priority. I was expecting to be in Perry all day, but when I called around 9am to get an estimate they had already repaired it. On top of that they gave me a very fair price; around $500. My car stopped working so I called B & B, Billy came and got my car going within minutes. My car did need a new battery. I went out to get a new one and stopped by Billy's shop and he took out the old battery and he put the new one in. B & B auto repair is THE best! If you have car issues B & B is the place to call. I’m so late posting this, but better late than never. I had a minor issue but needed help—one of the bolts on my brake calipers had come loose and was lost during a road trip through Perry. The owner of this shop went out of his way to help me find the right replacement and installed it without accepting any payment. People like him restore your faith in humanity—kind, generous, and willing to help a stranger without expecting anything in return. Thank you!

I was traveling from Sarasota to PCB Dec 30 on vacation from Chicago. My car overheated near Inglis, FL. I had it towed to B&B expecting the worse, and for it to take days because of the holiday. I was called on the 31st that it was ready, and it was my water pump. They had it repaired in the half day they were open for New Years Eve, and for a very fair price. I can't recommend Billy and Amanda enough.
