Home town atmosphere, staff are very polite and professional. Good prices. Staff go out of their way to get the part you need, if not in stock they can usually have the part bu the next day.
Good customer service. Knowledgeable and fair
Billy's come through twice now with a battery I needed that no one else had in stock. Also, one of the batteries had an issue and Billy replaced it free of charge, no questions asked. Great service and knowledge about all things parts!
