Recently moved to the area and needed to find a reputable mechanic and B&B was referred to me. I couldn’t have chosen a better place. The staff is kind, considerate and honest. Very trustworthy. They are definitely my go to place from now on. First repair: I had a coolant leak and needed a water pump/thermostat unit replaced. Second repair: Gateway Module went out and they were able to diagnose, get the part and install.

B&B Automotive in Aberdeen did an incredible job with my vehicle. My steering wasn’t working correctly, and they diagnosed the problem very quickly and had my car back to me the same day. They even fixed a few bulbs and took care of some minor issues I hadn’t gotten around to addressing. The cost was very reasonable, the communication was great, and the quality of service was outstanding. They even washed the outside of my car before I picked it up, which was an unexpected but much-appreciated touch. I’m extremely grateful for the experience and will only be bringing my vehicles to B&B Automotive from now on. Highly recommend them to anyone looking for honest, efficient, and top-quality auto repair in the Aberdeen area.

Was in today to pick up a customers car after several attempts to get this car into natural to be towed I failed until Ethan came buy and I no damn well he was on his lunch never less he saw my struggle and said he would be back next thing I know here comes Ethan a floor jack ,tools , and jack safety stands which impressed me that he has been being taught safety first !he then not only jacked the car and placed car into natural for me he explained everything he was doing so I got educated to so big thank to b and b automotive you have a good employee mechanic treat m well . Thanks for the care provided to the vehicle, but more importantly some comments shared from past interactions with the personnel at BB. Thanks also for the greatest repair to the underside for the vehicle. Always did like you and that obviously continues very much.

These guys do consistently good work, and the bill always seems to come in under initial quoted price. They are not the cheapest but their work is warrantied and worth it. I wouldn't take my vehicle anywhere else in the harbor.
