I literally had the best and easiest car buying experience from Jo and Mike! Jo went as far as taking the vehicle to my mechanic for me to get it checked out. Working 2 jobs i def dont have the time to go sit for hours at a dealership to purchase a vehicle. We basically did everything via chat and then all I had to do was go in between jobs, sign, and grab my keys! I would def recommend Carstars and especially JO for your next vehicle purchase!!

Salesman Mike worked his magic and got me into the car I wanted. I bought a 2018 Toyota C-HR. I absolutely love it. Now I'm in a safer vehicles for me and my grandbabies. Thank you for the best! Experience in buying a vehicle. I highly recommend these people are awesome.

The dedication and commitment they had for me truly felt like no other friend helping a friend out. They did not give up on me and gave me the best experience anyone and everyone should have when getting a car! This was our first time getting a car from a dealership and we had the most amazing experience! Our only vehicle broke down and we needed to find a new one fast. Jen worked extremely hard to get us into the perfect vehicle and we didn't even need to go to the dealership until it was time to test drive and sign papers. We were at the dealership for about 45 minutes total. She also had both of our windshield wipers replaced immediately because she wanted to make sure we were safe during this extremely wet year. She's an absolutely amazing person and is phenomenal at her job. We will definitely go to Carstars next time we need a new vehicle. Thank you so much for making our first experience memorable! 💜💜💜
