B & B Towing Service

My husband and I were in New Hampshire on our honeymoon when our truck broke down. The dealership that we had to bring the truck to (Crosstown Motors in Littleton) recommended B&B. We called and they were very fast at getting our town lined up and gave me the cost over the phone. It was very easy to get everything scheduled. The tow truck driver was to us in 30 minutes and towed our truck to the dealer. Absolutely great service and efficient. They made a nervous situation that much better. Highly recommend if you need any towing. I also reviewed their site and they offer so many services! Hopefully we will never need them again while visiting (we are from CT) but are grateful to have them if needed!

Any good review here must be a family member. They have the highest rates in the area, are not very friendly and will definitely capitalize on your necessity. They towed me a half of mile down the road, charged me 1.5 days of labor $525's and on top of that they charged me an $80 fuel fee. Ohh and don't forget a $25 fee if you want to pay with a credit card. Pretty poorly ran business if they need to rip people off to survive, entitled owner, avoid unless absolutely necessary.

WATCH OUT for these guys.The starter died on my F150 about 2 miles from their shop. I called them for a simple tow and starter replacement. Instead they sent a "roadside assistance" crew that did nothing but try to jump start my truck (which I had already tried 3 times, and told them over the phone when I called them that my truck did not jump start and that it had a relay or starter issue). For this useless "roadside assistance" which took them 20 minutes, they charged me OVER $400! After telling me my truck wouldn't jump start (DUH!), they then proceeded to call a tow truck, and billed me full price for towing and replacement of the starter. THESE GUYS ARE OUTRAGEOUS CROOKS! AVOID!

Brandon was incredible. Fast, reliable, expert. Ended up driving me 3 hours to repair shop. Wonderful service.

My husband got the number from his boss. We called and Jim showed up and towed my car from Littleton to North Haverhill. It was a little pricey but had to have it towed. Jim was very pleasant and friendly and he did a great job👍 Would definitely recommend. Thank you
