Chris and crew are friendly and efficient. I know I can rely on them to get my car fixed up for a reasonable price. Dropped my car off for an oil change when they opened and while they had all day to do it they got it done within 2 hours. They kept me updated the whole time. Great place, 10/10 would recommend.

Very pleasant experience, all staff was kind caring enough to be thorough about the details of what was needed for my vehicle. And what options I need and what was nessacary first. Time management was exceptionally great. Every staff member placed a smile in passing regardless of the amount of times they had . Nonetheless the prices seem to a bit much, not their fault. However there quality/ efficiency and kindness does justice. Thankyou all :)

Had superb service. Was greeted by Chris. I’ll check to see if I need anything else to done today as I had an appointment for check engine light. He gave my car a good check over and I need tires. Bought great tires at a good price. He kept me updated on what was going on the whole time with my car. Felt like I got excellent service from both Chris and the mechanic. VIP is now my choice to go to for Great service and a service writer, Chris, with honesty And commitment to helping me get the services I need.

I needed an oil change, and was able to get on the schedule in less than 24 hours. The staff were friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful (especially Art!) The waiting room was clean and comfortable. Service was quick and thorough, and the technician was kind enough to put air in my tires.

They were fantastic. Quickly replaced the popped tire on my car when I came in without an appointment. I got a flat while up skiing for the weekend and needed emergency service to be able to get back home, and they were able to help me get back to skiing without even missing much of the day.
