I have had a good experience with this company in the past, but absolutely will not be calling them again after my most recent experience. I called in with a non-leaking cracked windshield that I finally had a bit of time to have addressed. Nearly a month later, I have a leaking truck, mildew smell that will require a professional cleaning to remedy, a part on order that was damaged by B&D at a cost of $400 +/- and after MULTIPLE attempts to have the issue remedied can not get anyone to call me to discuss a solution. When calling in to try to remedy the leak in my truck, I was immediately blamed for the leak prior to the tech reviewing his work stating that "I drove the truck to soon after the windshield was installed and my warranty is void". Communication could be alot better. Work is just fine and pricing is fair. He did have to come back because he forgot some trim but he did come back and make it right. $125 for customer supplied back quarter panel window.

Wish I could leave ZERO stars but ONE is unfortunately the minimum. Worst company experience! Please look elsewhere before hiring. Travis came out to replace a windshield, and the installation was done incorrectly. The windshield leaked, which caused severe damage to our truck’s computer. Despite multiple phone calls and text messages, the company refused to take responsibility or make the necessary repairs. While Travis did eventually come back to reinstall the windshield correctly, the initial mistake cost us an additional $600in repairs on top of the $350 we already paid for the windshield. This company’s lack of accountability and poor workmanship left us with costly damages. We will be pursuing this matter in court.

Never recommend this guy nothing professional He replace my glass on my truck. And start leaking I call him he said he go back fix but I call for two weeks he don’t answer the phone just excuses he don’t care his job. But he don’t care ours cars and truck. Please don’t call this guy
