Absolutely incredible experience from start to finish. My SUV window was stuck and wouldn't work. They quickly took us in for a diagnostic and to see what they could do to fix it. While fixing it, the owner drove us home so we didnt have to wait in the shop...something we were not even expecting. Then when they determined the issue, he gave us the cheapest options to fix it. From start to finish it was the nicest experience I've ever had at a mechanic-auto shop. They've earned a customer for life. Also, make sure to say hi to Mika and give her plenty of belly scratches.

I just got my brand new Grand Highlander back from B&D after getting hit by a big buck on Rte 165 and they did an outstanding job on my car . I did some pretty bad damage to my pickup truck. B&D took the job and had my truck looking better than new. They had it a longer than I expected but the extra time and quality of the work was well worth it .
