We have worked with the Jeans on three separate jobs so far, and as long as they are in business we will never use any other company. Their attention to detail is evident even before the job begins. They came for a looksee on a French door we needed replaced, and I had mentioned that I was considering blinds between the glass. Bob informed me that the quality of these types of doors were not usually very good, and then he took the time to explain how and why they usually fail and that we’d be far better off in the long run with a simpler model. AND THEN, when the Jeans went to source our door they found they found an amazing door, with Bob-approved fail proof magnetic catch blinds between the glass, on sale for HALF price, and called us on the spot to confirm that we We have worked with

I had a bay window replaced today by Bob. Teriffic job installing the new one, its better than the original -at a fair price. I appreciated the attention to detail. I highly recommend Jean Mirror & Glass.

A hilarious joke for a business. After 2 years of contacting this place every few months for a broken window repair, all we were able to get was a measurement performed after 9 months of calling. Every time we asked when we could expect assistance we were told "oh yeah your name is on the board". Finally after 2 years of attempting to work with this company we were verbally insulted over the phone and told to find another company. Do not attempt to work on this business, as they are a blight on this world.

Husband and wife were very great to work with. Window was repaired very quickly and professional. Over all plesent experience and would use again. The dog is always a good welcoming pet when your there.

Easily the worst business I have ever attempted to work with. Exceptionally unprofessional. In the 18 months we have attempted to get them to repair our window multiple times they have said they would call us, then when we finally called them back after weeks of waiting they would tell us they had removed us from their list because we didn't call them.
