Very poor communication and even worse service. I took my truck in to have oil leaks repaired. Didn’t ask for a quote just asked for it to be repaired, they asked “how far I wanted to go with it” I told them “let me know when you get to $3,000 and we will discuss anything past that”. After multiple weeks of them giving me the run around I was told it was ready for pickup. It was literally dripping oil and I was told “ I would need to clean and degrease it because they don’t do that”. After cleaning it I found it was still leaking and when I brought it back they told me the rear main seal and valve covers were still leaking. I asked why they were not repaired and they said “they do not work on those as it’s too time consuming to drop the transmission or remove the cab”. If they would have t

B and D are wonderful! My daughter's car was making loud tire noise. We had been told several different issues at another place. Brought it to B and D. They tested it out and diagnosed a bent wheel and bad tires. The part came in quickly and the repairs were done quickly. The car rides so quietly and smooth now!! Highly recommend this business!

Had my check engine light come on and after a few days of driving it around in 3rd gear (limp mode) I finally brought it in. His scan showed up a failed throttle valve which ended up costing me $1300!! Yikes. I have the distinct feeling that the red Alabama dirt roads did that to me but who know, it's an older Honda Civic. He was very friendly about it all, sorry it cost so much, and the lady in the front was nice to talk to. I know I wasn't taken for a ride because when I got home to my local garage, he confirmed the cost and the need for it. So, not a fun experience exactly but I think he did right by me and was very caring about my car.

We had a power loss problem in our RV. Bruce was the only one out of 25 people that could help us. It’s so difficult to find anyone that works on RV‘s specially drivetrain/chassis work. He had an idea and was very friendly, he didn’t know if he has enough time to fix it on the same day, but! He fixed it in 1.5 hours and we had normal power again! He didn’t charge us a fortune, very fair price for great work! Thanks again!

WOW, my brakes have never worked this good before! I have a high roof nissan cargo van that no one can work on so I either have to take it to the nissan dealership in Pensacola and be ripped off, or I can take it to B&B automotive, they are the only ones around baldwin county that can work on these big vans. My brakes had a real spongy pedal that no one could figure out cause it has a rare electric booster, we'll Bruce got it sorted out and fixed it at a minimal cost. Also this is my company vehicle, when it's down, Iam not making money, Bruce had my van back up and running not only in one day, but in a matter of hours. These guys really know what they are doing. Exellent work, Exellent service, I highly recommend them.
