Wow! What a great experience here this morning! Tail-light going in and out on my car. They saw me right away and repaired within an hour! Plus, so kind! Many thanks to Kelly, Noah, and Ben for helping me today. I will be back there! Fantastic customer service!

I arrived in a panic because several of the warning lights lit up on my dash. They immediately calmed me and took a look. Just a tire pressure issue due to the cold! They were so kind and helpful that they are now my forever mechanic!!

I do not usually write negative reviews about anyone, and I like to support my local businesses. However about 6 months ago I took my car to B&G Auto for oil leaks. They advised me that it needed a new valve cover gasket and valve cover. They did the repairs only for me to find that the oil leak was still there. And when I took the vehicle back to them, they said that it was not leaking out of the valve cover gasket that it was now leaking from a Turbo line and they said I needed to take it somewhere else to have the Turbo line repaired. I took the car to a shop in Lynchburg, and they advised that the valve cover gasket was leaking very badly, and that there were no leaks whatsoever coming from the Turbo line. They also advised that there were parts missing, and installed back improperly

B&G Auto has been working on my Audi for a few years now. They consistently demonstrate excellent customer service as well as mechanics. They provide accurate estimates and updates throughout when things change. Above all else, they are friendly. They remember my name and I am always greeted with a smile. This may not seem like a lot, but it means a lot to me!

Was having issues with my car making some noise, had no clue what it was. Dropped it off at 7:30 am, got a call by around lunch time telling me the issue, and how to fix it. They ordered the piece and could’ve had it done by the next day however the piece they received was missing parts so they had to get a replacement, after that came in, it was quick and easy. Will go back again if i ever have to.
