Valvoline Express Care

I'm not one to typically leave a review, but it is needed. I truly enjoyed the convenience of a quick and efficient oil change, however, I was horrified to hear how Ryan spoke to both Logan and Hayden (not only to them, but in front of customers as well). I assume he was "in charge" based on how he cussed and yelled at everyone, however, he was completely unprofessional and I was in shock that it got worse as a new customer had just pulled into the bay beside me. I thought he was going apologize for how he acted when he came to take my payment, but he didn't and instead made me feel rushed to get out. I truly hope someone sees this and talks to him because I couldn't imagine working with/for someone who speaks to me in that way.

I have been going to the Farmville Virginia Valvoline express for over 20 years and there’s a reason for that… Great service, friendly staff and the knowledge and expert care that all of my cars received thank you Gilbert, Chuck and all the crew there. Blessings to you all! Kiki.

Tracy and her team at Valvoline do a wonderful job. I take my work car quite frequently as I travel alot and they handle my oil change, check my tire pressure, clean my windshield, and make sure I have good air filters and wipers every time. Takes them less than 10 mins to get me in and out!

The staff are always so accommodating, helpful and quick. Tracey, the registration person is always bright and bubbly and welcoming. I have been coming here for over three years to the Farmville VA location for vehicle routine servicing and maintenance.

Great experience! They were very friendly, helpful with any questions, and did a great job taking care of my car!! I will definitely continue to bring my car here!
