Can't say enough positive things about Bruce and his team at BK Auto! They have taken care of my vehicles for over 15years. if you were looking for honest trustworthy mechanics then this is the place for you. I am referred BK Auto too many people and they all agree they would not take their vehicle anywhere else! BK Auto as always giving me terrific customer service. I love the fact that they never over-promise and under-deliver. They give you options and break it down without sugar coating the job.we have always taken the time to squeeze my vehicle into the schedule even though they have a heavy workload. Bruce and his crew and BK Auto work very hard. They have helped me diagnose issues over the phone, and I was able to repair the vehicle myself. Overall I have been satisfied for 15 years

Don't listen to these 1 star boneheads. I've had several of my vehicles fixed at BK with no problem. Very honest people, quality work. Highly recommended.

BK auto replaced the gas tank in my 95 Bronco ...Thereby not alerting me to the fact that my vehicle was done ...Several weeks later he finally called with a reminder ...He got the right number ....When I picked up my vehicle the battery was dead requiring me to hire a locksmith to enter the vehicle ...And he had damaged the satellite navigation system satellite radio and backup camera requiring repair ...He did not stand behind his repairs forcing me to repair my radio ....I could not recommend BK auto to anyone who wants quality work done...And an owner who stands behind the work of his employees
