I picked my vehicle up Wednesday Christmas 🎄 Eve before holidays! It being holiday I was low on cash . That’s normal . Over phone I asked for an appointment due my car overheating & my belt was completely off my car. That being said I needed it repaired. The lady on phone for one can’t communicate properly. Very disrespectful always in mechanic business just answer the phone love😂. It’s Monday morning December 29th my car has been overheating since I left they closed early Wednesday @ 12pm. I told them I only had repairs for the problem not everything but the problem like power steering. They kept text me via messages which I can prove with other problems but not one I called for. They repaired the belt even did me favor which I’m happy about but pay $500 still owe $200 which they agreed l

This place is a total scam! My daughter contacted them because she heard a noise from her car while she was driving. She dropped it off to be inspected. They sent her a $950 estimate stating that her car needed ball joints, rotors, brakes, wheel bearing repacking, for both sides and front and back, along with 44k fuel additive and as a final note, they added that the axel needs to be checked because it feels like it's binding. What they didn't know it that her car has NEW ball joints, bearings, rotors brakes and her axle was inspected two months ago and was told it was like new! I told her to take her car somewhere else. The noise she heard.... Snow impacted in the wheel well! Anyone who has lived in Michigan for a minute has had that problem! These people have no integrity! GO ANYWHERE EL

Honest, excellent work, and great people! My daughter ended up going to B&K after being charged over $2000 for faulty parts and bad work by another Muskegon repair shop. Not only did they make sure correct repairs were done, they didn't charge her for much of the work they did! She has been back for a of the repairs she's needed since then - honest info & best prices!! I started taking my 2017 car there after the dealership quoted me over $300 more for the work I needed. Called them again yesterday for oil change & coolant leak - not only did thry get me right in, when they told me the price for repair I told them to get it done. They realized cost was less, they quoted me for the wrong engine, called me right away to tell me. Their integrity is what everyone looks for in mechanics!!!

I called to make an appointment and was greeted with a kind and compassionate gal, that listened intently and got right back to me on a quote for the work I was seeking. We scheduled a time to bring my car in. Check- in was simple and easy. I received updates about my car and a call when it would be ready. It was ready on time! They did a fantastic job from beginning to end!!! Ladies, I know it's tough sometimes to find a reliable place that isn't going to rip us off.... The people care, the parts are high quality and the service is impeccable! Thank you, B&K You're my place! 😊

As a fleet manager of 40 vehicles I deal with hundreds of repairs each year. This repair shop amazed me. I have never seen anyone replace a wheel bearing and front brakes this quickly before.
