B & L Glass & Mirror

I Took my window there to get a piece of broken glass replaced. They returned it to me with the window frame’s wood splitting and damaged in multiple areas. When I returned the window to them I got screamed at and told to leave the store.

I’ve used B & L several times for small projects (mostly picture frame glass). They are quick, professional and charge reasonable prices. The front office staff is kind and always ready to answer questions. Great company to do business with.

We have relied on B&L glass for many years for all our glass needs. Always great work and fair prices. We will continue to trust them for any future glass or mirror needs we may have.

Call Smith Glass instead !!! This group is Very Rude and Very Insulting. Lady on the phone said she found that people who don't live in Harrisonburg don't pay their bills( I live in Verona, VA) therefore she would decline to give me estimate for a retail window replacement in Harrisonburg. Just FYI, they think everyone is a deadbeat so I wouldn't even try to do business with them. They should be honored to serve a person calling them to do business with them. We are a multi million dollar business with great credit. A great example of a business managing to their lowest common denominator. They won't be around long, an obvious business in decline.

Cheaper than buying a new window when a rock went through my courtesy of the lawn mower They did an excellent job! Will not hesitate to use B and L again 😊
