My 2018 Toyota Tundra developed a rear engine oil seal leak. The repair requires the transmission and right side exhaust to be removed. On the advice of a friend, I took my vehicle to B & N. Rick provided an estimate and a date that the vehicle would be returned. The repair was perfect; the cost was as estimated and the vehicle was returned when promised. Took a day trip to hike in Hocking Hills and when I was leaving, I found out there was a hole in my tire. It took a lot to figure it all out due to having no service and being over 4 hours away from home but B & N really came through and saved me when no one else was able to help!
