I just want to start by saying that this shop is different from the rest. I made a post on yelp requesting a new clutch after it started slipping. Within 10 minutes, at 9pm, Chris reached out to me immediately with a quote and some questions. I have a manual 370z and it’s hard to find local shops that don’t charge a fortune to work on cars like that, but Chris gave me quick assurance that he has worked on many sports cars and even my car, many times. The quote was significantly cheaper than other shops in the area, but the best part was the responsiveness and true care that Chris provided, I dropped off my car the following day, and Chris drove my vehicle to confirm the issue. Popped by a few weeks ago to get a tire patch since I had hit a nail a few days prior, and the younger man with the dirty blonde hair (forgot his name, sorry) was so helpful and got everything done in a timely manner, on top of showing me how to put in a patch, and how to identify if the heat shield in a tire was worn. Then yesterday I went in needing to have an oil change and my transmission fluid changed, and Chris was extremely helpful. He was such a polite and respectful man, and he went out of his way to text me about any additional problems my vehicle had, alongside sending me a few pictures of the problem and confirming that my Affirm payments were processed. I'm absolutely coming back to have my next rounds of work done here, and if I could give them a 10 instead of a 5, I would. A

My brother referred me to this shop. I came in for a diagnostic test due to a failed emissions test. I worked with Chris, and he was very polite and kind. He was honest about the work that needed to be done and the pricing was fair. The work was done pretty quickly. The waiting room was pretty great. Enough space for everyone to sit and wait. I will be a repeat customer. Thank y’all so much for getting me in and out.

I am so glad I took my car to B & P tire and auto repair. Chris gave me a no nonsense accurate description of my brake issues and did everything he could to make it affordable to me. My 13 year old car runs beautifully now. It is so refreshing to have an independent repair facility that is not a chain owned operation and provides good service at a fair price.
