B & S Wreckers

Incident that happened today 10/31 with B & S Wreckers completely failed us when we needed them most. I got into an accident after hitting a deer around 3:00 a.m. in Karnes City, Texas, and my insurance company sent B & S Wreckers, promising a 45–75 minute ETA. When I called the first time, the dispatcher said the driver was 30 minutes away. Over an hour later, still no one. When I called again, I was told the driver wouldn’t arrive until after 8:00 a.m. — that’s over 5 hours of waiting in 40-degree weather with my 5-month-old baby, 4-year-old, and my wife stranded on the side of the road. No updates, no sense of urgency, just excuse after excuse. If your company can’t deliver or communicate honestly, don’t take the job. Families deserve better than to be left freezing in the dark waitin

I would Leave negative stars if it was possible. This company is very unprofessional and no communication at all. Was told initially it was be a 45 min wait. 2hrs later was still waiting and when I called back to see the ETA then told me it would be another 10 mins. 20 mins later I called back and was then told that the driver took another call. Don’t use this service unless you wanna wait hours for your tow

They charged us about $ 675 for a tow of a small SUV from the highway (hazardous easy tow) to their lot (4 miles), then to our home (25+ miles). Pretty Exorbitant fees! Does the County NOT regulate Max. non-consent fees allowed to be charged? A "callout" charge (for dispatching the tow truck after a county sheriff call) is $350 alone, not including any mileages.

Driver delivered my car to the wrong location after he was already 3 hours late arriving at my house donot recommend them to anyone to use
