B Street Collision of Liberty

Dominic and the team at B Street were outstanding. I’ve now trusted them with two of my vehicles, and both experiences have been excellent. The repairs were completed beautifully, and each vehicle looked brand new when I picked it up. The interior was even cleaned and organized, which was such a thoughtful surprise. I truly appreciated their honesty and professionalism throughout the process. It’s not easy to find a shop you can fully trust, but this is definitely one of them. Highly recommended.

i have to say from start to finish B-street collision is the best for all they did for me .I came to them in a bad situation, and they made me believe in great business again . I was treat greatly as a customer . They kept in formed about the process of repairs . They had also given me a reasonable time line of through texts of the work completed. Their team is awesome and made me feel at ease . I felt as thought I was VIP status , and thats why I would like to take the time out to say thank you for everything they did for my vehicle . This place was phenomenal! Lea was amazing. She is definitely an asset to the place I know her alone will make me come back she made us feel welcome was super friendly kept us updated and helped me all the way through the process. The techs were great at letting me know things. They also did an excellent job on the repair. They even cleaned my car up ! Good honest people the taller lady with long hair was super nice she walked me to my car made sure I was happy and they took care of getting my rental back to enterprise and had picked up to get my rental. It was fast too! I appreciate you guys! Thank you

The lady up front is a rock star. They over communicated which is a good thing. My only petty complaint is they do their absolute best to beat their repair date. I would have been thrilled they were 9 days early if I wasn't in Flordia because I couldn't afford an extra $100 a day for the rental. Kind of ruined my one vacation a year.

Very happy with the service I received. The communication was great, received a text or call at each step of the process. They finished my car earlier than expected and did an amazing job on the repairs. Hopefully I don’t have a reason to use them again, but if I need collision repair again in the future, they will be my first and only choice.
