They are honest, clear, transparent, knowledgeable, and efficient—from diagnosis to communication about what needed to be done and when the work would be completed. Thanks Bob! As a female, it can sometimes feel easy to be taken advantage of, but that was absolutely not the case here. They answered all of my questions and made the entire process stress-free and reassuring, ensuring both my car and I were in good hands. Robby in the office provided excellent customer service and kept everything running smoothly with updates. This shop is highly recommended for both quality work, true honesty, & great staff!!

This place is so wonderful. They are honest. They are kind. They will not try to price gouge you. Also, I was there in a storm with my car broken and they let me hang out in the office until the tow truck came and were kind to me and welcoming and I felt safe. I highly recommend this place!

Always a great experience from start to finish. Robby at the front office greeted me with a lively, welcoming customer service and got me scheduled in ASAP, which I really appreciated. Andrew, the mechanic, is extremely knowledgeable and clearly knows his craft. From regular maintenance to custom work on my car, his attention to detail and confidence made me feel like my vehicle was in the best hands. Honestly, what can’t this shop do?! It’s rare these days to find a trustworthy mom-and-pop auto shop that delivers this level of service, skill, and care. Andrew was a great neighbor today. He came out to my house to help me clear snow off of my car and assess what the car needed in the cold weather. I am an elder who has a disability. He was so helpful and willing to help me out. Thank you Andrew.

Walked in after tire pressure warning light came on. Owner agreed to examine tyre there and within 20 min i was on the road again. Nail embedded and tyre plugged. Thank you for professional efficient service.
