I had an issue getting my written estimate in a reasonable amount of time. The General Manager was great at getting my issue resolved. He also made sure my vehicle was repaired on time and sent daily updates about the status of my vehicle's repair. The truck looks great. Like it never happened.

Flaw number 1! I was scheduled to come in for an estimate, but a lady who seemed very annoyed called me and rescheduled me 2 times. Flaw number 2! When I did arrive, the lady at the front told me they had no record of me and that the call center has been making a lot of mistakes and not notifying the store! She stated she was going to "talk to her manager" and walked away! I am not sure what that meant but I was not helped and was told it was someone else's fault at some call center that is some new concept that everyone is complaining about according to her. I have decided since to go to Faulkner for my estimate and repairs. Flaw number 3! This is a HUGE turn off because when I arrived the entire outside and inside of the office smelled like cigarette smoke. This worried me that my car w

Staff here is exceptional. The work that was done on my vehicle was as good as it gets. They got me in right away when I was going through a hard time. Woman at front desk was smiling everytime I came in, their manager Ray came and introduced himself and shook my hand. Anthony was very attentive with the updates. They have earned a loyal customer and I will continue to recommend them.

Made an appointment for an estimate for the front bumper of my vehicle and when I arrived Jessica met me with a smile and an I can help you attitude. She introduced me to Ray who looked at my vehicle and gave me a few suggestions. They were very sensitive to my budget and offered suggestions to work with my needs.

This shop was incredibly polite, professional and helped me with my car. Jessica handled my phone call was so helpful. Everyone I dealt with at the Glenside helped make this a great experience for me. I highly recommend this location!!!
