About the most honest mechanic out there, we couldn’t have been more blessed to come across Mr. BACA! Didn’t waste our time saved us hundreds of dollars by explaining what we can do at home. Thank you so much for getting my teenage daughter’s car back on the road with your guidance and taking the time to answer my husband‘s question today! Also putting us in touch with who we needed!!! Dishonest mechanic. I spent months without a vehicle due to dishonesty with this auto shop. I took my vehicle in for a run of the mill check up, oil change and battery replacement and was given a very expensive diagnosis from BACA for both catalytic converters ($5k) when I came to retrieve my vehicle, I was told it was drivable still but wouldn’t pass emissions etc. I drove it off the lot and didn’t get 1/2 mile before it broke down and had to be towed home right there on coors. I took it back to Baca after saving money for what I assumed to be a huge bill due to the “original issue” and was then told it was an electrical issue and Baca referred me to an electric guy he knew. (Catalytic converters were not brought up at any point during this visit) I then decided to wash my hands of Baca

I took my 2017 Honda Ridgeline with 83K miles in to get front struts replaced after another auto repair shop chain last month did more work than I requested on front brakes & told me the front struts were leaking, with replacement cost of $1,650. I did some research, found out struts in a Ridgeline typically don’t NEED replacing until 150K miles or more, & sought a quote from BACA (significantly less than the 1st place). BACA ordered the parts & I took my truck in a few days later. But at the end of the day, they told me that after putting my truck on the rack, they saw no signs that my struts were leaking & needed replacement. They said I should be good til well over 100K miles unless I drive on very rough roads (very unusual for me). I so appreciate the honesty of Dan @ Baca Automot

I hate to leave a bad review, however I feel responsible to let others know what I went through. When I came to collect my car after Dan told me it wouldn’t start he then called me the next day saying he got it going again. When I come in to pay he starts talking a lot, yapping about nonsense distracting me so I would not have time to actually understand the paper i was signing and the amount of money I was paying him for returning my car in worse shape than it was. He charged me $350.00. I will never be going to that shop again, and I am leaving it with a bad taste in my mouth. I was recommended to Dan from a collision service while I was calling around to find someone to fix a broken wheel bearing. He got me in within a day before the holiday and repaired it for a minimal charge. I came
