I bought a 2002 Ford F-150 Regular Cab long bed pickup truck and was very happy with every aspect of the deal. Prompt response and good communication throughout. Factual printout on the truck matched everything I was told about it which shows integrity. The truck I bought was a former lease truck, like a lot of the vehicles Backroads, so I felt even more reassured knowing that my truck had received regular service and maintenance from the beginning. The staff was very courteous and friendly too. It was a pleasure working with them.

Ross & Max were a pleasure to work with. A small buisness, greeted by a handshake and their dog. We were able to test drive an SUV, evaluate, negotiate and complete paperwork seamlessly without any reason to be concerned or hesitant. They had all paperwork ready and made the process very comfortable with no pressure. We will be in touch in the future for commercial vehicles, and suggest you contact this group if you’re interested in a vehicle they have OR if you need them to find you something elsewhere. Max seems to be a good guy to deal with. I do suggest having vehicle checked out by good mechanic before purchase unfortunately the motor had been changed in the truck I purchased and had several issues but Max did say he’d give me my money back which means a lot. I don’t think he was aware of the issues and being bought as is it is what it is. Just an expensive lesson learned. I would probably buy from him again but definitely would have it checked out beforehand.

Max was VERY honest, easy to work with, and took time to help us find a great car for my son! I was extremely impressed with his no hassle approach and would recommend his business to anyone looking for a small used car location. I was a skeptic after having purchased a used car elsewhere, but we ventured outside of the Charlotte area and found this location. Max helped us more than I expected and his service was top notch!

10/10 even with a series of unfortunate events they took the risk and made sure I was always happy. I couldn't ask for much more from such a new establishment!
