Eric the manager was extremely friendly and extremely informational. Both amani and Kiley were very bubbly and efficient. I had the best service ever when it comes down to having services done on my car. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this location in Lenoir. 100/10 and we will be bringing all our cars here for now on. Had an oil change done here. They didn’t replace the washer for the drain plug. Oil leaked and had to be changed again the next day. Disappointing.
Amani and Caleb were great! They were very informative and thorough. I will definitely be back to see them. I have to get my car inspected soon. 😊
Fantastic service! It started with a cold bottle of water, a smile, and a warm welcome. They asked what I needed and explained options in my service and what will be more helpful in long run for my vehicle. Just an amazing experience. The other two customers I spoke with that came in for repeat customers and explained how much they enjoy doing business with strictly they’re in Lenoir just an amazing experience. I appreciate everybody so much.
Awesome staff! All the work they do for you is recorded and sent straight to car fax. For this very reason my warrenty could not deny helping me when I had a slight motor issue! Thanks to everyone there for having our backs with car fax!
