I was hearing a noise coming from my brakes which Jose Auto had repaired some months ago. They close at 12:00 pm on Saturday. I arrived at the shop expecting to make an appointment for next week to have my brakes checked at 11:45 am 15 minutes before closing. Chris the owner told Victor one of his mechanic to take my SUV for a test to see if he could hear or feel anything. He did and we got back to the shop Victor talked to Chris and the next thing I knew they put my SUV on the rack and had all four tires of. Pin pointed the problem showed me problem fixed the problem and send me on my way. This is real Customer Service. After Hours At That

I have not experienced such service! The people are knowledgeable, patient, compassionate and kind. I was shown the old parts that were replaced to document the work was done. No one has ever done that for me before! I am confident that my car is safe and well cared for. Thank you to everyone that got me back on the road.

Between the brakes on my Van to my brothers “totaled” car, they get it done fast and the best. Best mechanic I have know in town. Best rates. Best work. Coming from this town, knowing many, it’s nice to know a good mechanic! These guys are amazing!

I’ve been going to them for more than 15 years, and now that they moved, Chris and his team are amazing people very loyal and honest and knows what they’re doing.. Chris has a big heart and it’s always very welcoming, I definitely recommend going here for any car issues. I’m truly grateful for Chris and his wife Jessica they’re both very beautiful people A++++++
