Badgerland helped me out on Christmas Eve, when no one else was open. I could not believe how fortunate I was to have them answer the phone, for a tow. My car wouldn’t start with the subzero temperatures. The tow truck wouldn’t fit into the parking structure and they returned to the shop to get something and attempt to jump it. It wouldn’t stay running but were able to get it to the tow truck. They took my car to their shop, put it on the charger and warmed it up. They also dropped me at my apartment as there wasn’t any rental vehicles available on a holiday. At 4pm, on Xmas day, he picked me up again and took me back to his shop. All for the price of a tow! This was all after waiting 4 hours for my AmFam insurance emergency roadside assistance to produce nothing. I cannot say enough good

Roger I would not give Badgerland auto even 1 star. They charged 300.00 for a tow about maybe 3 miles no cleanup at accident site just load and go. WOW!!!! 75.00 Storage in is Personal garage not at the shop. That is absurd. They have not been honest with me about anything!! The secretary tells you one thing and the owner tells you something completely different. I asked them to move my car out of inside storage by putting plastic on the missing window. They did not do that they left it inside to get the 75.00 a day fee. The owner also said they would store it for no charge for me after the Ins. Co. stopped paying storage. He denied saying that but the secretary tells me different. They just charged the Ins. Co the extra days of storage which was charged to me by the Ins. Co. They k

AVOID THIS ESTABLISHMENT! If I could give a zero I would. The owner Keith is very unprofessional and doesn't treat customer's with respect. He should not be in the business. I looked at a car and found several things wrong with it. I still made a fair offer based on this and was told I need to to get educated on how to look at cars. He totally proceeded to degrade me until I finally just left. I would not trust this guy one bit. LOOK ELSEWHERE!

Bought a 2019 Chrysler from here. Very nice price. There was a warning light on the dash so they took it to the dealership to have it fixed for no extra charge. Friendly staff.

Keith at Badgerland went above and beyond what he needed to do for us. We found a few things that needed to be done after we bought our 2015 GMC Sierra and he was very prompt in taking care of it for us, Thanks Keith and everyone at Badgerland for a great experience.
