Vicente and Juan are fair people. Unfortunately, I had a bad experience with both of the vehicles i purchased. They went above and beyond to help me finance both vehicles. It was a 2013 Explorer and 2015 Ford Transit. Both Vehicles didnt last me a year before they both needed major work. The explorer started smoking the second week i had it. I took it back and they repaired it. 2 months in and it already needed all the motor mounts i called and they only replaced 1 mount. Then the car started jolting and would enter a limp mode and a warning sign would pop up saying Terrain system management fault and would turn off mid traffic. I called and they said they couldnt help me because the warranty that had come with the vehicle had already expired. They advised to take it to ford but the cost

We went here to upgrade my husband's 2006 vehicle before it became a money pit. We already bought my vehicle here a year and a half ago. They have very fair and reasonable prices and they are upfront about the pricing. Getting financed and everything is very easy. Juan knows what he's doing. They give fair trade in value also. This is a family owned business and I recommend them to anyone in the market for a used car. Great people. Trustworthy. Good, sound vehicles. No lemons. If you spot an issue they will fix it. *UPDATE* My experience with this dealership began with significant challenges involving confusing paperwork, communication issues, and a major dispute over the final loan balance. However, after escalating the matter, the management team ultimately honored a settlement agreement that put an end to the confusion. I was able to purchase the vehicle for the final agreed-upon amount of $500, and the process of getting the title released to me yesterday was quick and straightforward. While the original sales and loan process was highly frustrating, I am satisfied that the dealership was able to finalize the settlement terms without further complication. This review reflects the successful resolution of the dispute, not the initial sales experience.
