I found this shop to be well run. The staff knowledgeable and helpful. The wait time was quite a bit less than spent at dealerships. It is a bit out of the way, in Princeton, but easy to find. I was surprised the cost was minimal on a 2023 vehicle!

I have been seriously struggling with writing this review. I didn’t want to. But I’ve recently realized I owe it to myself. Hang on it’s going to be long winded 😣. Standard oil change and tire rotation. I was excited to bring a huge peanut butter donation to get the deal. They never called to tell me it was done… I had to call them. Picked up the car and less than half mile down road it buckled, tire flew off and I was barely able to maneuver it into the ditch instead of oncoming traffic. They apparently did not tighten the lug nuts. Here’s where my struggle comes in. I get that accidents happen. It was the way it was handled. Baileys always makes my visit easy. They were prepared for my 60k check-up, finished in time promised and pricing was quoted before work began. They also let me know brakes and shocks would need to be replaced soon, so I could budget for the work. I trust them to be honest and transparent.

Bailey Automotive does good work and the staff is very kind and friendly. My two visit to the shop were for oil changes and routine maintenance. After both visits I received recommendations for over $1,000 of work and after a second opinion the work recommended was deemed unnecessary at this time. Take their repair recommendations with a grain of salt.

The facility and staff were extremely professional. Would have like to have had regular updates . I had to call after 5 days and get an update. When we went to pick up our car it was in a field in very tall grass and as I was driving the car home I realized it was covered in aunts as they were covering my feet and legs while driving. Not a huge deal but definitely don’t want it happening to someone else.
