After test driving, and RUNNING MY CREDIT when i found a car i liked… It took three weeks just to get a response or any kind of answer, which is completely unacceptable. During that time, there was little to no communication, and I constantly felt left in the dark. The final excuse was blaming the bank.. but got approved with a different company immediately afterwards. Very disappointing, sad and honestly trash experience with these people. Lots of time wasted. Maria was extremely rude and made me feel unwelcome from the start. Instead of being helpful, the attitude felt dismissive and unprofessional.
