Would rate 0 stars if possible. Wouldnt buy a car from ANYTHING baker ever again. My fiancee bought a car from here a few weeks ago. Since there have been more than a few problems. She was told it was a $200 dollar fix and if it was more or something worse they would cancel the deal . TOTAL LIE on their part. They couldn't care less about someone unless your buying a new car . Dustin was pushy and kept saying "well what's keeping you from going with this one" so there was pressure, false promises, absolutely awful communication and good Lord I could go on and on and on unfortunately. We gave them a chance to fix it or something on the car and they did nothing except run the diagnostics and sure enough that $200 fix turns out to be more than a grand. Scheduled an appointment with them to see a pre-owned vehicle. Appointment was confirmed and my husband even spoke with someone on the phone to get the appointment scheduled and confirm the vehicle we were going to see. We drove over an hour to see the vehicle only to get there, and everyone be confused and unsure of our appointment or what car we were there to see. After they did some digging they told us that they have a new system that takes and confirms appointments however it was never pushed over to them for them to see the appointment. They then told us they let their secretary take the car home for the weekend, so it was unavailable for us to look at. (Our appointment was for 2:15 on a Friday).
