Baker's Auto

We are goat’s who meet people for walks in nature. We ride in a RAV4 or Tacoma, but a couple weeks ago, one of our goatmobiles was smashed (we thought beyond repair). Baker’s Auto treated us right, and got the buggy back on the road for an excellent price. We love this business. They are a pleasure to deal with and expert at the auto body repair trade.

I started going to Bakers in the beginning of 2022 and haven’t even considered bringing my vehicles elsewhere. The staff at bakers are attentive, knowledgeable and efficient. They are flexible and accommodating. Amy is always willing to work with you and your schedule for what best fits your needs. Eddie replaced my rear bumper as well as fixed a dent I had and my truck looks better than when I bought it! The mechanics there are meticulous in their work and the services they provide. I have since referred my friends and family to bakers and everyone swears by them now. I highly recommend bakers, wouldn’t want anyone else managing and repairing my vehicles.

Wow! Hard to believe that there are still merchants out there that take pride in their work and.... try their very best to please their customers but Bakers Auto Body is just that! Chris, Amy and the crew are professional, thorough, fast and compassionate individuals who appreciate your business and are not afraid to show it. You have to put a lot of trust and faith in someone who is repairing your vehicle after an accident and they are worthy of that trust. I can only imagine how good they are when the job is strictly pleasure. No matter if it is accident repair or your prized possession classic car, trust Bakers, they won't let you down.

I had a bumper replaced and some minor stone chips repaired on the hood of my car at Baker's Auto in Plymouth, MA in January 2016. They touched up all the dings on the hood and repainted it. When I got the car back, the surface was uneven with dust and fibers embedded in the paint. They offered to buff it out, but said I should wait until spring to give the paint time to harden. I now have significant amounts of rust on the hood. It's been a little over a year and a half, but the warranty was only for 12 months. The only rust on my car is where it was repainted, and it seems to me that a paint job should last more than a year and a half. Additionally the aftermarket bumper they used doesn't fit properly and does not sit flush with the fenders on the car as it should.

What a great, family run place! Made my new car brand new again after an accident. They advocated for every part for me with the insurance company and made sure it was mint before returning it. Easy to communicate with and extremely friendly and helpful people!
