If I could give them a 0 rating I would.Brett Bauduf said he was the owner ,and is very disrespectful.Upon them calling me to pick up my Ram,he stated I had a 100 dollar deductible that had to be pd.I told him I had a Mac card no problem,he then told me there was a 4%charge if I use Mac card.I said forget that, I will pay cash ,drop it off in the key box, that I work every eve till after they are closed.Brett then told me I had to drop the money off when their open ...I said a lousy 100 bucks I can't get my truck.he then said it would be there the following week ,like if anything was going to change on my schedule???HES NOW HOLDING MY TRUCK AS HOSTAGE FOR 100 BUCKS .I thought I was going to have to call state police,but I tried my State Farm agent first she contacted them and they now he w
